Change of Mind

Because our products are collectible and often produced in limited runs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to contact us before buying.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. This may include a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

To request a remedy:

  • Please contact us at atension.shop@protonmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing any damage or fault.

  • Keep all original packaging, as it may be required for the return process.

We will assess your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

We will notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

Limited Editions and Handmade Variations

Many of our items are handmade or limited edition collectibles.
Small variations, minor imperfections, or differences between units are considered part of the unique character of these pieces and do not constitute faults under this policy.

Shipping Costs

If the item is being returned due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If a return is approved for any other reason outside of Australian Consumer Law obligations, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
